Abbut two years ago, celebrity cosmetic dermatologist Dr. Paul Jarrod Frank noticed a new type of patient arriving at his New York practice. Amid an explosion in the number of Americans losing weight with drugs like Ozempic, he saw a “dramatic spike” in clients experiencing unwelcome side effects.
Dr. Anthony Berlet echoed Dr. Ahmed’s sentiments, pointing out that the youngest Kardashian-Jenner sister is looking “softer and more refined” than in previous years.
Discussing this change in Kylie’s appearance, Dr. Berlet noted, “What’s most compelling is the evolution. She appears to be moving away from a more augmented look toward something softer and more refined.

Other surgeons echo this approach, stressing subtlety and timing over aggressiveness. “I do not believe in doing procedures before you need them, but I also do not believe in waiting too long once signs of aging are present,” says Montclair, NJ plastic surgeon Dr. Anthony Berlet. “When performed at the appropriate moment, procedures like lower face and neck lifts can look incredibly natural because the skin still has good elasticity and tissue quality.”

However, Dr. Anthony Berlet, a board-certified plastic surgeon, confirmed “none of those options will truly ‘dissolve’ Botox.” He explained that exercise and massage may slightly boost circulation, but won’t reverse the chemical block on the nerve endings.
